2012 food drive will be April 13-22nd. The success of the food drive is measured by the number of meals raised. In 2011 we raised 38,000 meals and $1 was equal to 2 meals, and 1lb of food equaled 1 meal. But this year because of increased efficiencies, $1 will equal 3 meals & 1lb of food will equal 1 meal. Imagine 3 meals for every dollar raised!

5154 Columbus-Sandusky Road North Marion, OH 419-845-2304 Open 2nd and 4th Thur of the month from 5:30 till 7:30 or as needed. Also, open the 2nd and 4th Sat of the month from 9:30 till 11:30 AM. Photo ID needed and utility bill or rent receipt for client. They prefer appointments, but do walk in’s and emergency clients.

- James Johnson-Charles Rudd Community Center Food Pantry
6342 Marion Agosta Rd 740-251-8109 Open 2nd and 4th Wed of month from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM Paper work to be filled out as requirement.
- Gethsemane Lutheran Church Food Pantry
219 E. Church St. Holds food bank once a month, usually the last Thursday of the month. Served 66 people in September, 103 in October and 112 in November of 2010. In 2011 Marionites put 24,000 lbs of food on local food pantry shelves and donated $7000 raising 38,000 meals. Please see our 2011 Participant List below which demonstrated the generosity of our community spirit. We hope you plan to participate again. We really appreciate it. Thank you Marion.
